Hi, my name is Alta and I’m an enabler. I enjoy helping others grow their businesses and/or careers through exploring growth strategies, coaching, mentoring, marketing, and communications.

I am avid advocate for investing time in getting the foundation of an organization straight, such as having a clear vision, identity, and strong communication that translates the essence of a business into alignment across all of its moving parts.

My modality and way of working is different as I combine a background of technology and personal growth.

Technology: I believe in the on-chain world and truly want to contribute to the further onboarding, adoption and expansion of Web3 services across the world that truly make a difference in people's lives and are easy to adopt. In addition, I also collaborate often with companies in the bio-tech and Artificial Intelligence spaces.

Personal growth: has always been a natural focus for me. I’ve lived all over the world, learning frameworks, practices, and techniques from some of the wisest and most successful communities; from mindful and conscious groups to pioneering leaders at the forefront in the deeptech space.

I am deeply passionate about helping others unleash their potential, develop leadership skills, and gain clarity to create a sharp vision that is bigger than themselves. This is especially crucial in today’s world, where technology is advancing at an unprecedented pace. Having a strong inner compass and clear direction is vital for navigating this transformational wave.

I’ve personally experienced being stuck in life, living on autopilot, feeling lost and exhausted; but I managed to bring myself back to life with a promise to change and grow. This journey inspired me to help others unlock their potential and channel their energy into areas that serve both their personal growth and the greater good.

I'm passionate about hiking, facilitating meditation sessions, digital nomading, network states fitness, community building, and sharing projects or hobbies with friends to strengthen my relationships.
